Avengers: Age of Ultron Trailer Breaks Records-Plus New Footage

Marvel broke viewing records with its first official peek at the new 2015 Avengers movie. Even after a leaked version went viral, the trailer had over 34 million views in its first 24 hours. The highly awaited trailer was to be shown on the October 28 episode of Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD, so Marvel delighted viewers by revealing even more movie footage on the show.

The new footage begins with the Avengers hanging out in Tony’s living room taking turns trying to lift Thor’s hammer. Only an Avengers party would be interrupted by a deranged robot ranting about “strings”. . .

Avengers: Age of Ultron is about Tony Stark creating an intelligent robot named Ultron to restart a peacekeeping program. His plan backfires when Ultron decides that humans are the enemy.  Avengers: Age of Ultron opens May 1, 2015.  Read more at Marvel . . .
